An appointment no-show is like being stood up by a date – but at your own expense, literally. Each year, stylists lose thousands of dollars, an exhaustive amount of time and energy waiting due to no-show appointments. We understand that some cancellations are unavoidable. Life happens. Unfortunately, the no-show appointment has a rippling impact. When a person is a no-show, other guests miss out on an opportunity for a preferred schedule time, and stylists lose much-needed post-pandemic income.
To respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we are implementing a retainer fee at the time that you book your appointment. The retainer fee will be applied to your service. We simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service and the retainer will be refunded or applied to a future appointment. Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior to the start of your service or that are no-shows, will result in the loss of the retainer fee.
